Delivery & Pickup Access Policy
Effective date: October 23, 2026
Please have your delivery location and access route ready before our driver arrives. These requirements apply to both delivery and pickup.
Keep the area clear
Move all vehicles, trailers, equipment, and other obstacles from the placement area and access route. Unlock gates and ensure GSP Disposal can safely reach the approved location. For pickup, keep the dumpster accessible and load materials below the top rail.
15-minute courtesy window
If access is blocked, our driver will attempt to contact you using the number on your booking. We allow up to 15 minutes from arrival to resolve the issue, provided it is safe to wait.
Waiting time: $2.50 per minute after 15 minutes
If the driver can remain onsite after the courtesy window, waiting time is charged at $2.50 per additional minute. We will notify you before paid waiting begins. Extended waiting is subject to the driver's schedule and is not guaranteed.
Unsuccessful trip: $150
If delivery or pickup cannot be completed because vehicles, locked gates, other obstacles, unsafe loading, or other customer-controlled conditions prevent service, a $150 unsuccessful-trip fee applies. The fee covers the unsuccessful attempt; your rental charge remains separate. To avoid charging twice for the same delay, GSP Disposal will charge either waiting time or the $150 unsuccessful-trip fee for that attempt, not both.
Rescheduling
A return visit must be scheduled with GSP Disposal and is subject to availability. Same-day return service is not guaranteed. Please contact us as soon as you know the location will not be ready. This policy does not create additional daily rental charges; any extension charges follow your approved quote and rental terms.

Review this policy along with your quote and our Terms & Conditions. Approval of a quote that incorporates this policy confirms your acceptance of these access requirements and fees. This page does not collect or record your approval; approval is completed through your quote.
